How far will you deliver?

We deliver anywhere within a 350-mile radius of the St. Louis metropolitan area. That’s approximately the North-South-East-West distance to Sauk, WI; Phillips, AR; Franklin, KY; and Pottawatomie, KS.

What days are you open and available for pick-ups and deliveries?

7-days a week, 24/7.

How fast can I get delivery?

We offer expedited LTL and FTL service for pickup and delivery. Typically we respond within the hour. Greater St. Louis area deliveries are typically where they need to be within 2 hours and over-the-road shipments are on the way to their destination within that time-frame.

How do we track our order?

You can track your pickup and delivery in real time using our state-of-the-art tracking software, DataTrac, which is the same software used by Amazon. If you’d like, you can view your driver’s progress en route and see your order when it reaches its destination. You also receive an email as soon as it’s delivered.

How will I know when the order is completed?

Your order is time- and date-stamped upon pick-up and delivery. You are sent an email notification the instant your shipment is picked up and once it’s delivered.

How do I open a new account? How do I place an order?

First, email our 24/7 customer support at Your request will trigger a notification to our office, and we’ll set you up with a user profile in DataTrac, our online tracking software.  We will then contact you immediately to help you with your first transaction in our system.

From then on, anytime you need service, log into the CUSTOMER LOGIN at the top right of our website to place your order. You will receive an instant confirmation of your order submission. Couldn’t be easier for you! Of course, we are also available by phone, text, or email anytime, but we find our customers like our self-serve online tracking system best because they can follow their pick-ups and deliveries in real time.

How much can your trucks hold?

Our 20 – 26’ lift-gate box trucks can hold up to 12 pallets or 10,000 lbs.

Our 12 – 53’ dry vans and 6 tractor trailers can haul and hold 26 pallets and up to 45,000 lbs.

Do we have to have a full truckload or can we ship a smaller amount of goods long distances?

Our 53′ dry vans offer superior flexibility for any size and type of shipment. We can take smaller loads and piggy-back them with others going your direction for instant savings and convenience.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage?

Yes, we offer 20,000 square feet of climate-controlled, highly-secure warehouse space for long-term and short-term storage or interim holding.

Can we use your company for cross-docking as needed?

Yes, you can! We have clients who use us for regularly scheduled cross-docking services and those who call us when they need us.

My company requires proof of insurance and a W9 to approve new logistics vendors, where can I get that?

Our certificate of insurance is posted here and a W9 is here.

What’s your return policy?

Return any of our products – no questions asked – within 30 days of purchase. We even pay return shipping.

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.
